The 2014 NFL Draft Order is finally official after the Dallas Cowboys won a tie-breaking coin flip with the Baltimore Ravens at the NFL Scouting Combine. – The NFL Draft order is determined first by regular season record, then by strength of schedule to break any ties between teams with the same record. If any teams are still tied with the same record and same strength of schedule as is the case with Dallas and Baltimore this year, those teams will flip a coin at the NFL Scouting Combine to break the tie.

– Picks #1-20 are determined by the 20 non-playoff teams

– Picks #21-24 are determined by the four playoff teams that lost in the Wild Card round.

– Picks #25-28 are determined by the four playoff teams that lost in the Divisional round.

– Picks #29-30 are determined by the two playoff teams that lost in the Conference Championship round.

– Pick #31 is determined by the losing team in the Super Bowl.

– Pick #32 is determined by the Super Bowl winner.

*Dallas wins pick #16 by tie-breaking coin flip over Baltimore, which ends up with pick #17.

^ St. Louis acquired pick #2 in a trade with Washington (Robert Griffin III deal).

^ Cleveland acquired pick #26 in a trade with Indianapolis (Trent Richardson deal).
